1. Release the file download block.
   (1) Go to "Tools". → "Internet Option" → Select "Security".
   (2) Activate "File Downloading" at "Customizing Level".
   (3) Activate "Automatically Show Dialogue when Downloading Files" at "Customizing Level".

2. Release the pop-up block.
   (1) Go to "Tools". → "Pop-up block" → Select "Release the pop-up block".
