You may not be able to download when you are using Internet Explorer on the PC with Windows XP Service Pack 2. Please conduct the two procedures below before downloading.
1. Release the file download block.
(1) Go to "Tools" → "Internet Option" → Select "Security".
(2) Activate "File Downloading" at "Customizing Level".
(3) Activate "Automatically Show Dialogue when Downloading Files" at "Customizing Level".
2. Release the pop-up block.
(1) Go to "Tools". → "Pop-up block" → Select "Release the pop-up block".
